Which means of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard & immediate transfer (this is not possible with all providers). Another payment option is on account, which not all providers offer.

 

Do I have to pay transaction fees?

No, boo2ski is free & there are no transaction fees for you.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

We only offer direct bookings. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the booking is completed. 

 

Is my payment secure?

Yes, the online data transfer is encrypted according to the highest security standard SSL. The payment process is handled by a professional payment service provider. We do not store any credit card information about you.

 

After receipt of the booking confirmation – Changes

 

Are there any additional costs/fees that I have to pay to the ski & snowboard school/rental?

No, there are no additional costs/fees.  

 

Can I make changes to the booking?

Yes, this is possible, please contact the provider directly. The contact details are stored on the booking confirmation. In the case of major changes, price adjustments may be necessary.

 

What can I do if the provider does not appear at the agreed meeting point?

If there is any uncertainty about the meeting point, please contact the provider directly in advance. 

The contact details of the ski school are stored on the booking confirmation - please contact him directly if you do not show up.

Some providers offer "in consultation with the customer", here the provider will get in touch with you or you will get in touch directly with the provider.
