What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel 24 hours before the start of the service, please contact the respective provider directly. The provider will refund you the full amount. The type of repayment must be clarified with the provider.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, as a customer of us you can cancel your booking at any time, there are no cancellation fees for your cancellation. Please contact the ski school/renter directly to clarify the method of repayment.
